Only a few days before departing, we found srilankantours.org on google. We put together a rough schedule and sent it to Rakitha who responded very quickly. We agreed quickly on all details and soon our drive & guide Jayantha picked us up at Colombo Airport.

We were so lucky to travel with Jayantha - we learned a lot about Sri Lanka's culture and Buddhism. We always felt save, as Jayantha is a very careful driver. He helped us to get nice accommodations (we did not book in advance to be as flexible as possible). All in all a perfect first week with a good mixture of culture, people, etc.

We did Sigirya (Lion Rock) - Dambulla (Caves temples) - Kandy (temple, dancing) - Nuwara Eliya (tea factory, hikng to world's end) - Ella (to there by train) - Yala National Park (Safari), afterwards we spent a week in Mirissa and Hikkadua (surfing & beach). to name a few things...

十一月到的斯里兰卡，寺庙很静，景色很美，但最让人感动的是人。6天的行程，Rakith和Kumar全程陪同，虽是初见却如累世的缘分那般亲切。Rakith年轻活跃，熟悉各种电子产品且精力充沛；Kumar沉静稳重，是一个装着许多故事的人。回国之后，Rakith还给我们四人寄来一大堆礼物，还有斯里兰卡的淳朴和热情。会再去的。
