Have contacted Rakith the very last minute before departure and got all the arrangements done through Wechat. But that's not really a good advise on preparation side, haha....

Nevertheless, the driver arrangement was good! I wouldn't call Jaya(thilaka) our driver as we treat each other as friends throughout the journey. He has sound knowledge on the itinerary with vast selection of hotels, guest houses to accommodate your budget. And a very big plus point was that he had advised us on some detour routes to avoid flood due to the heavy rain conditions few days before. 

We have tried some good local food under his assistance... As it's much easier for a local like Jaya to get some finger food from a roadside stall which we don't mind at all. 

We had visited his house during our last day of travel, a very good husband and father he is from the way how he treats his family. We are really thankful to have him sorting our journey, inclusive of a sudden change of mind to stay overnight at Ella to experience the scenic train ride back to Kandy.

Thanks Rakith and Jaya, you have made our Sri Lanka trip a good memory, would definitely recommend your service!
